MCBH DEERS/ID Center Online Appointments

The Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS)/Real-time Automated Personnel Identification System (RAPIDS) Office provides services for issuing, replacing, or updating Common Access Cards (CAC) for service members (active and reserve), retirees, civilian employees, and contractors; resetting CAC personal identification numbers (PIN); enrolling dependents into the DEERS; and issuing or replacing dependent ID Cards.

ESTIMATED WAIT

Due to unique requirements with the Navy and Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) and the use of the CAC as a means for service members stationed aboard Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH) to subsist at the dining facility, this office is busier than others in Oahu.

The length to issue one CAC on a terminal is 15 minutes. This office has 3 terminals.

INTERACTIVE CUSTOMER EVALUATION (ICE)

Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE) is a web-based tool for collecting feedback about the services provided by various organizations throughout the Department of Defense (DoD). It allows customers to submit on-line comment cards to rate the service providers that they have encountered at military bases and related facilities around the world. It allows service providers to collect customer satisfaction data in a standardized format, which is stored in the ICE database. It also provides customers with a convenient and efficient method to express their opinions to service providers and receive feedback. If you’ve recently visited the DEERS/RAPIDS Office, please rate our service by clicking on the following link: DEERS/RAPIDS ICE.
