Legal Assistance:
Provide legal advice to active duty, retired and family members regarding personal civil and civilian-criminal law matters.
Defense: Provides
quality legal services to active duty personnel who have been accused of violating the
UCMJ.
Military Justice: Provides
quality military justice services to the commanding officers aboard MCBH.
Administrative Law:
Provides quality assistance in administrative separations, claims and investigations
aboard MCBH.
Installation Law:
Provides quality legal services related to labor, environment,
FOIA and other installation law issues unique to the State of Hawaii.
